The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Shift2:00PM - 10:30PMSun/Wed/Thurs/Fri/Sat (off Mon/Tues)Sun/Mon/Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun (off Tues/Wed)Sun/Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat (off Wed/Thurs)This is a full-time non-exempt position, working during normal business hours.Pay: $21.00/hrReports to: Cafe Lead, Cafe Supervisor, Cafe ManagerBean-to-cup MachinesSpecific Duties / Essential Functions:Clean all bean-to-cup machines on site according to maintenance and cleaning guidelines.Report any issues to the customer within 1 hour.Frequency: 4 times per shift/as needed.Coffee, Tea, Hot BeverageBrew coffee with Customer-provided beans and brewers.Transfer brewed coffee to designated stations promptly to ensure freshness.Replace coffee between 0%-25% capacity or within 30 minutes after the timer on the coffee pots runs out.Track and report on coffee consumption, aiming for no more than a 20% average daily waste.Maintain clean coffee pots and brewers, including wiping down visible liquid and cleaning drip trays.Restock tea bags and powdered drink options neatly, maintaining a minimum of 40% fill rate.Frequency: 40% fill rate/as needed.CondimentsMaintain availability of all standard condiments.Replace condiment bottles within 30 minutes after they are empty.Maintain a minimum of 40% fill rate for all single-packet condiments.Frequency: 40% fill rate/as needed.Event AssistanceAssist in setting up items for special events upon Customer Culinary contact request.Brew additional pots of coffee and organize beverage and snack service carts.As Needed.FurnitureWipe café tables and chairs as needed to maintain high cleanliness standards.Frequency: 4 times per shift/as needed.Inventory DistributionReceive orders and distribute inventory to storerooms and breakrooms.Frequency: 4 times per shift/as needed.Lunch FridgesClean out lunch fridges, mark items, and dispose of old items (schedule TBD with Customer site Culinary Contact).Frequency: Twice weekly/as needed.Microwave OvensClean microwave ovens inside and out with a dampened cloth (do not use disinfectant).Frequency: 4 times per shift/as needed.Milk, Milk Alternatives, Orange JuiceMaintain availability of all standard fresh beverages.Replace containers at between 0%-5% capacity to minimize waste.Maintain a clean and neat product display in fridges.Replenish products properly to ensure no spoiled or expired products are offered.As Needed.Restock Complimentary Culinary OfferingsRefill complimentary items, including snack dispensers, milk dispensers, coffee stations, and more.Keep offerings neat and tidy.Frequency: 4 times per shift/as needed.Serve-ware And Disposable-wareRestock serve ware (utensils, plates, bowls, cups, lids, stirrers, napkins, etc.) neatly at designated areas.Maintain a minimum of 40% fill rate.Frequency: 40% fill rate/as needed.Sinks And SurfacesClean and wipe all surfaces, kitchen sinks, and fixtures to maintain cleanliness.No bleach is used for cleaning.Frequency: 4 times per shift/as needed.Snack DispensersMaintain a minimum of 40% fill rate for all standard cereal and snacks.Frequency: 40% fill rate/as needed.Cereal StationWipe down food spills/waste around cereal stations and un-jam dispensers when needed.Frequency: 40% fill rate/as needed.Soda DispensersReplenish soda syrup and CO2 tanks within 30 minutes upon service requests.Discard empty boxes and bags of used soda syrup.Clean soda lines, soda nozzles, ice machine, floor drains, and soda storage room floor.Ensure no expired soda syrups are on the line.As Needed.Vendor SpacesDeep clean under/behind the equipment, mop floors, and wipe out fridges.Monthly/as needed.Vendor Spaces, Glass, And CounterWipe down sneeze guards and the counter directly underneath.Keep glass and counters free of debris and fingerprints.Frequency: 4 times per shift/as needed.Water CoolersRefill cups, empty drip tray, wipe surfaces and bases.Frequency: 4 times per shift/as needed.Note: Areas 6 feet below the ceiling and 6 inches above the ground, with culinary equipment and counters for condiments and snack shelves, are responsibilities under Culinary.Skills/AbilitiesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Exceptional interpersonal skills (client-facing, interdepartmental) and clear communication style with Event Managers for on-site changes and requests.Comfortable with navigating an event calendar and work order system.Problem-solving skills.Teamwork orientation.Physical RequirementsAbility to work on your feet for extended periods.Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.Ability to push, pull, and reach.Repetitive use of hands, wrists, arms, and legs.Climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, crawling, and squatting.Work Environment: Work is primarily performed indoors but may include some outdoor
