The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. *Responsibilities* - Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, linen changing and bathroom cleaning - Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to our standards - Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies - Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances - Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience - Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate - Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices *Must Haves* - Must be very detail oriented - Must be Bilingual with English/Spanish or English/French - Must have a high level of consistency - Must have a high standard of cleanliness - Must be willing to work 3 weekends in a month (Mandatory) *Experience* - Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper in a hotel or similar environment - Prior experience of 2 Years or more preferred - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies - Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets - Integrity and ability to work independently If you are a bilingual detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a background in hospitality or industrial cleaning, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position as a Hotel Housekeeper. Training for this contractor position will be starting Thursday August 22nd with the actual job starting as early as Saturday. The contractor pay during the training period is $10 an hour.
