Pit Loader Operator 2ND SHIFT

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Heavy Equipment Operator specializing in Loader operations within crushing operations. In this role, you will operate heavy machinery to support material processing, ensuring efficient and safe crushing activities. Your expertise in operating loaders and other heavy construction equipment will be vital to maintaining a smooth workflow on-site. Responsibilities Operate loaders and other heavy equipment with precision and safety during crushing and material handling activities Move and manage raw materials and processed aggregates within the site Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure equipment safety and performance Support setup and maintenance of crushing equipment and assist in positioning materials for processing Collaborate with team members to coordinate daily operations and meet production goals Follow all MSHA safety protocols and on-site safety procedures Perform routine maintenance checks and report issues promptly to maintenance personnel Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and operational logs Assist with related site activities as needed to support efficient operations Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy equipment, particularly loaders, in a rock crushing, aggregate, or construction environment Working mechanical knowledge for basic troubleshooting and maintenance Familiarity with MSHA safety standards and protocols Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork mentality Join the team at Arrington Aggregates and take part in driving the success of our crushing operations.
