Regulatory Specialist

We are actively looking for positive, energetic, and innovative experts to join our team!Regulatory Specialist Department: Regulatory/SafetyReports To: Regulatory ManagerPosition Scope:This position will encompass participation in many aspects of regulatory and safety departments for Zenex International.Key Responsibilities:Review product labels and promotional materials for compliance with several regulatory systems as well as for grammar and content.Outline necessary changes and communicate them effectively to the team of graphic designers.Learn applicable laws, regulations, and industrial standards for regulatory compliance.Learn label and associated literature compliance for US Health & Safety authority requirements (i.e. OSHA, EPA, State Consumer Products Regulations, FDA Cosmetic Regulations, etc.). Aptitude to create and edit Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Ingredient Disclosure Forms, and Product Data Sheets (PDS).Qualifications:Strong oral and written communication abilities.Great attention to detail and proofreading skills.Strong organizational and procedural work habits.Strong problem-solving abilities.Shipping classification is a plus.Obtained a degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Health, Chemistry, or related field.One year of related experience is preferred.Ability to travel to facilities to conduct safety inspections.
