Kitchen Sanitation Associate

This vital role ensures that all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and glasses are spotless, allowing us to serve our delicious food and drinks to our valued guests. As a Kitchen Sanitation Associate, you'll be integral to the restaurant's operations, providing the necessary support to keep everything running smoothly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment! Key Responsibilities:Scrub, wash, rinse, and sanitize all kitchenware and utensils to contribute to the restaurant's smooth operation (70%). Assist with assigned food prep tasks by following recipes accurately (5%). Prepare your workstation for efficiency (5%). Maintain sanitary and safe food handling practices consistently (5%). Clean and sanitize your work area throughout your shift (5%). Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments as scheduled (5%). Help receive and store deliveries as needed (5%). Qualifications:Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow. Ability to safely lift and place items on high and low shelves. Strong reading, writing, and communication skills. Capability to follow recipes exactly as directed. Ability to work efficiently and with speed for shifts up to 10 hours. Extreme attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment. Willing to assist with maintenance and prep cook tasks as needed. Capable of using kitchen tools and food preparation equipment. Mobility is necessary throughout the entire shift. Able to transport items up to 50 pounds multiple times per day. Ready to respond to emergencies to ensure safety for yourself and others. Physical Requirements:This position requires you to: navigate throughout the kitchen and occasionally interact with guests, lift and move items up to 50 pounds, bend, and stoop.
