Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - No Nights, No Weekends, Housing Included

This full-time NP/PA position in Family Practice/Primary Care involves providing outpatient care for patients of all ages in a community setting with no call responsibilities. The role includes managing both acute and chronic conditions, with an average of 22-24 patients per 8-hour shift, supported by MDs, APPs, and MAs. The clinic uses eClinicalWorks EMR, requires active CA licensure and DEA, and prefers board certification. Quick credentialing (5-6 weeks) allows an immediate start, ideally by June 2025, for a 3-4 month assignment with potential extension. Shifts are 8 or 9 hours over 4 or 5 days/week, with flexible hours based on organizational needs. Housing and travel are included, and compensation is preset. The position emphasizes comprehensive team-based care within a Patient-Centered Health Home model, with a community focus on Spanish-speaking patients. Experience managing diverse conditions and performing minimal office procedures is required; Spanish-speaking skills are preferred.
