itD is seeking a Data Analyst III to build and scale data infrastructure that enables data-driven decision-making across marketing and analytics teams. This role will play a critical part in designing robust data pipelines, automating reporting, and ensuring data accuracy to support large-scale marketing initiatives.The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in SQL, ETL development, and data pipeline architecture, along with a proven track record of delivering scalable data infrastructure, automated reporting systems, and actionable insights from large datasets.Location: Remote (aligned to PST/EST time zones)We provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401k plan, paid holidays, and more.Please note that we are only considering direct W2 candidates at this time, as we are unable to offer sponsorship.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support large-scale marketing and analytics initiativesDevelop and optimize ETL processes to ingest, transform, and process high-volume datasets from multiple sourcesWrite complex, high-performance SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate dataBuild and maintain automated dashboards and reporting solutions to support business decision-makingPartner with cross-functional teams including marketing, program management, and analytics to define data requirementsIdentify and resolve data quality, integrity, and consistency issues across systems and reporting layersCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical data solutions and actionable insightsInternal ResponsibilitiesAttend regular internal practice community meetingsCollaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadershipComplete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practiceAttend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunitiesRequired Qualifications And Skills5+ years of experience working with SQL across large-scale databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, Hive, or similar)Strong experience designing and building ETL pipelines and data processing workflowsExperience working with large datasets (millions of rows) in distributed data environmentsExperience with business intelligence and dashboarding toolsProficiency in Python or R for data analysis and processingExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a data-driven environmentProven ability to independently manage workstreams and deliver end-to-end data solutionsPreferred Qualifications And SkillsExperience in large-scale or big tech environmentsBackground combining data engineering and data analysis responsibilitiesExperience supporting marketing analytics or growth teamsAbility to manage ambiguity and self-direct projects with minimal oversightEducationBachelor’s degree in a STEM field required.Company DescriptionAbout itD: We are part of a new generation of consulting and software development company that blends diversity, innovation, and integrity with real business results.
