Senior Project ManagerThis individual would be responsible for driving the execution of a complex, global program to build a total return swaps offerings.Core Project ManagementDrive project execution and provide challenge to working group members accountable for their deliverables throughout projectManage workstreams to define operating model and technology requirements which feed into different external and internal approvalsLead steering committees and other governance forums and provide regular project updates to all stakeholders (including key global strategy committees)Create and manage project plans and all other project governance documentation required to ensure the project meets the Change Management Framework minimum standards (regulatory requirement for projects impacting EMEA)Liaise with project/program leads across the broader enterprise on related projects and build strong working relationshipsOperating Model / TechnologyCreate comprehensive trading and operational project plans working with key workstream leadsWork with downstream data users (eg: Treasury, Risk, Finance) to define and capture requirementsDesign client trade reporting, and support delivery of regulatory reportingCreate and execute development and testing plansRegulatory Framework and ApprovalsSupport delivery of regulatory compliance and necessary approvals for product launchFacilitate and track delivery of governance and oversight programs necessary to support the launch of a new businessMUST HAVELarge scale, global project management experienceBackground in swaps / equity derivativesTakes initiatives, entrepreneurial, tenured does not require hand holdingEducation & Preferred Qualifications10+ years of experience in project/program management driving enterprise level, high impact and cross-functional initiatives7-10 years of experience in equity finance/prime brokerage, synthetics or equity derivatives as a senior Project Manager would be desirableExcellent verbal and written communication skills being able to manage across different teams, locations and disciplinesDetail oriented, with the ability to distil and summarize key concepts in writing and present these to a variety of audiencesProven experience of managing complex and multi-workstream programs with collaboration across multiple stakeholders to achieve a common goalExcellent influencing skills required, including at a senior level across stakeholder groupsStrong reporting and presentation skillsAbility to work under pressure and high attention to detailThorough understanding and experience with project management techniques and methods (e.g. Agile, SCRUM)Degree level, MBA preferred
