Warehouse PackerLocation: On-sitePay Rate: $18-20Shift: 8am to 5pmEmployment Type: Contract / Contract-to-Hire (as applicable)Job SummaryAdecco is partnering with a local client to hire a Warehouse Packer to support daily shipping and fulfillment operations. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork.Key ResponsibilitiesPick and pack products according to order specifications and packing instructionsVerify item numbers, quantities, and product condition prior to packingProperly label cartons, skids, and packages for shipmentUse appropriate packing materials to protect products from damageMaintain accuracy while meeting daily production goalsInspect packed items for quality and report defects, damages, or shortagesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaFollow warehouse procedures, safety standards, and company policiesAssist with inventory counts and restocking when neededWork collaboratively with shipping, receiving, and warehouse team members QualificationsPrevious warehouse, packing, or fulfillment experience preferredAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shiftDependable with good attendance and teamwork skills Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
