Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Psychiatry in last 3 years.EMR EpicSkills Assessment PSY skills assessment with 2.7+ score.References 1 Charge RN reference within the last 2 years. 1 Supervisor reference within the last 2 years.Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of this health system in the past year.Additional Confirmations This is a children's hospital that requires all clinicians that work there to have pediatric experience.Additional Confirmations At least 2 years of pediatric experience is required.Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend.
