The opportunity to work alongside multidisciplinary teams and experienced leaders means you'll consistently absorb best practices and sharpen leadership insight.Schedule/Hours:Travel assignment formatResponsibilities:Evaluate patients and develop evidence-based respiratory treatment plans.Provide patient education on procedures, equipment, and home care upon discharge.Administer and monitor ventilatory support, both invasive and non-invasive.Conduct chest physiotherapy and perform patient suctioning (oropharyngeal, nasal, tracheal).Monitor oximetry, capnography, and perform review of chest x-rays.Execute 12-lead EKGs, basic arrhythmia recognition, and pulmonary function studies.Assist in bronchoscopy, chest tube, and tracheostomy procedures.Perform arterial punctures, endotracheal tube insertion/removal, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation per guidelines.Maintain accurate documentation, participate in shift hand-offs, and ensure compliance with policy for lab testing.Support equipment setup, self-tests, preventative maintenance, and repair needs.Qualifications:Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure.BLS and ACLS certification.Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.Comfort with a variety of ventilatory and monitoring equipment.Previous experience in critical illness and rehab environments preferred.Benefits & Perks:Tax-advantaged stipends to optimize your take-home payTravel assistance every step of the wayPremium compensation and 401(k) optionsComprehensive healthcare coverageExceptional job security with opportunities to grow
