The position supports high-volume print and mail production by receiving, preparing, and processing client data files for daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc jobs. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, meeting production deadlines, and coordinating closely with internal teams to keep work moving through the print and mail pipeline. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. The position is 100% onsite. Overtime can occur as needed during the week and occasionally on weekends.Your Essential Duties:Process incoming client data files according to established workflows and production schedulesReview job logs, file transfers, and process completion status to ensure data integrity and job accuracyPrepare, validate, and load data files (e.g., PDF, DAT, index files) to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to print and mail productionPerform quality checks on data files and job outputs to confirm client-specific requirements are metInvestigate and troubleshoot common problems such as missing files, job errors, or delaysTrack and log job performance, errors, and completion status using defined checklists and proceduresCommunicate job status and processing results clearly and proactively to internal teams (Operations, Development, Account Management Teams)Escalate issues appropriately when problems may impact production timelines or downstream workflowsMaintain and update department documentation, operational instructions, and workflow logsFollow established procedures for quality assurance, file handling, and client-specific requirementsSupport cross-training and onboarding of new team members as neededAssist with overtime coverage during peak production periods, including month-end and seasonal workload increasesRequirementsWhat You Bring (Requirements): High school diploma or GED required1+ years of experience in a data processing or computer operations environment. Experience in a print/mail production environment preferredExperience with job ticketing systems, file processing software, or batch scheduling toolsAbility to learn custom job control tools and scheduling software used in production environmentsProficient in Microsoft Excel and Windows-based toolsStrong communication, attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills. Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and strong work ethicWillingness to work occasional off-hours or weekends for shift coverage or project needsPhysical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and/or fingers to grasp, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
