Job Title: Vice President – Agent & Broker Services
Location: Continental US (Remote, with travel as required)
The Opportunity

This key leadership role will be responsible for setting strategy, leading a sales team, and delivering our AI-powered, human-enabled solution set to the top agents and brokers in the US. You will be our lead ambassador in the market, cultivating a network of trade groups, networks, partner vendors and agents to help transform the distribution ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing
Driving Growth and Strategy
Lead business development efforts across the agent & broker landscape, including driving new sales and partnership opportunities and leading a team of salespeople
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to target segments within the agent & broker landscape
Build and manage a robust pipeline while consistently achieving revenue goals
Identify and champion opportunities for innovating technology and services to enhance agency efficiency and growth
Engaging Clients and Building Relationships
Establish trusted relationships with agency executives, partner companies, and trade group leaders
Position Xceedance as a strategic partner through consultative engagement and tailored solutions
Represent Xceedance at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote agency-focused offerings
Work closely with internal teams — including operations, technology, and delivery—to design and implement client solutions
Share market insights to inform service development and innovation
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of collaboration and growth
What You’ll Bring
Experience and Background
10+ years of experience in P&C insurance
Experience in some or all of these areas: independent agency operations, B2B sales, insurance company distribution management, agency technology, agency AI and automation
Proven success in driving growth through consultative sales and operational transformation
Deep understanding of agency workflows, lifecycle management, and the agent/carrier technology ecosystem
Ability to work remotely, with frequent domestic and occasional international travel required
Skills and Strengths
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Ability to lead and manage others, setting clear expectations and empowering success
