AUTOSAR BSW Diagnostics Stack Engineer

Role descriptionJob Title : AUTOSAR BSW Diagnostics Stack EngineerLocation: Auburn Hills, MI Duration: Full Time RoleKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop, configure, and integrate AUTOSAR BSW modules with focus on the Diagnostics stack.Perform AUTOSAR BSW integration using the ETAS iSOLAR toolchain.Configure and integrate diagnostic modules including DCM, DEM, FiM, DET, and OS-related services.Implement and support RTE configuration for BSW and application interfaces.Support MCAL integration and configuration using EB Tresos Studio.Perform debugging, integration, and validation using automotive tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, Trace32 (Lauterbach), and GHS.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support customer technical discussions and reviews.Plan and track software development activities aligned with project milestones and delivery schedules.Technical SkillsStrong understanding and hands-on experience with AUTOSAR BSW integration and configuration.Deep knowledge of AUTOSAR Diagnostics Stack including DCM, DEM, FiM, DET.Strong understanding of UDS protocol (ISO 14229).Good knowledge of key AUTOSAR communication modules including COM, CanTP, CANIF, NvM, PduR, and BSWM.Experience with AUTOSAR configuration tools, preferably ETAS iSOLAR.Experience with Infineon AURIX TC2xx / TC3xx microcontrollers.Hands-on experience with CAN or LIN communication protocols.Experience in embedded software development on 16/32-bit microcontroller platforms. Tools & EnvironmentETAS iSOLAR AUTOSAR toolchainEB Tresos Studio (MCAL configuration)Vector CANoe / CANalyzerTrace32 Debugger (Lauterbach)Compilers such as GHSVersion control and ALM tools such as Git, SVN, or ALM systemsAdditional SkillsGood understanding of Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) processes.Familiarity with Functional Safety concepts (ISO 26262).Experience in software configuration and change management practices.Ability to mentor team members, conduct technical reviews, and interact with customers.
