Account ManagerMedOne Pharmacy Benefit Solutions1 PositionsID: 3865478Posted On 01/23/2026Refreshed On 05/10/2026Job OverviewPosition Overview: As an Account Manager at MedOne, you'll serve as the primary client contact to build relationships, manage pharmacy benefit plans, resolve issues, and analyze performance data while collaborating cross-functionally in a supportive work environment.About MedOne: MedOne is a full-service pharmacy benefit manager (PBM), serving clients and members nationwide. With a fully transparent, pass-through model, MedOne helps people conveniently access the most appropriate prescriptions at the most affordable price.What You'll Do:Build and maintain business relationships by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyaltyFirst point of client contact for general inquiries such as escalated member issues, plan design questions, etc.Assist with onboarding new clientsManage client's pharmacy benefit design updates, projects, and follow-upsOrganize and maintain client documentation within and outside of CRMInteract directly with internal and external clients to build positive relationshipsAnalyze plan performance reporting; interpret data and identify correlations, trends, and opportunitiesPlan for and lead client and partner plan performance review meetings; promote programs and services to clients and business partners when appropriateUnderstand contract structure, track plan performance against contract terms, and communicate performance to plan and business partnersServe as back-up to the Member Advocate team when call volume is highResearch and resolve issues pertaining to eligibility, claim adjudication, and billingAttend client benefit fairs and open enrollment meetingsContribute to department and company goalsWork collaboratively and cooperatively with other departments to resolve issues and improve processesWhat You Will Bring to MedOne:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related area or equivalent work experience in a related fieldIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office productsStrong time management and prioritization skills in an environment that can present frequent interruptionStrong listening, verbal, and written communication skills which convey understanding and clarityDesire to educate and consult with clients and business partners to resolve issues and develop solutionsDemonstrated desire to learn new information and share knowledge amongst the team and cross-functionallyWhy MedOne?At MedOne, we believe that a healthy team is a happy team.
