Job Description:Investment Banking Crypto AssociateLocation: New York, NYThe Crypto team covers the major sub-verticals in crypto, with expertise in public capital market financing, private financings, M&A advisory, and restructuring.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage client relationshipsAdvanced financial modelingPerform client due diligenceTake an active role in developing, structuring, and executing transactionsPerform valuation analysisPrepare client presentations and deliverablesManage and develop junior talent within the groupBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree PLUS minimum 3 years of experience in an investment banking analyst position or prior experience as an investment banking associate; ORMBA or equivalent graduate degree in a financial disciplineCurrent or recent experience in an investment banking role or equivalent positionCurrent or recent industry experiencePreferred QualificationsOutstanding academic recordExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong analytical orientation, with experience performing financial and valuation analysis in Excel or comparable spreadsheet toolsDemonstrable commitment to and experience with working in teamsDemonstrated interest in finance and financial marketsDemonstrated interest in the Tech, Crypto or Digital Asset field through professional and/or academic experienceSeries 63 and 79 certified
