Role and Responsibilities:As the Marketing Analytics SeniorManager, you will be instrumental in building new banking products and leading cross-functional efforts across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Risk and Finance to drive growth for said products. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital lending or banking space, a solid grasp of various business functions (Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance), and a strong ability to develop and implement data-driven initiatives from start to finish. Your analytical prowess, problem-solving skills, product sense, and ability to work effectively cross-functionally will be key to your success.Primary day-to-day client contacts and often interact with C-level executives.Extremely comfortable working with data, including managing large number of data sources, analyzing data quality, and pro-actively working with clients data/ IT teams to resolve issuesInteracts regularly with clients to understand business requirements, define analytical problems, structure and communicate solutions and ensure client satisfaction with strong business driving resultsDevelop Growth Strategies : Create new offerings or optimize existing product sets to drive growth through a data-driven and customer-centric approachLead End-to-End Execution : Manage the full lifecycle of strategic initiatives, including building business cases, securing stakeholder buy-ins, defining and documenting business requirements, and crafting go-to-market plansOptimize Post-Launch : Analyze and optimize new strategies post-launch to ensure KPI metrics are met, and business benefits are realizedStakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with and drive alignment among various stakeholders across the organizationManage Offshore Team : Lead and coordinate with offshore contractors for analytical support and to ensure seamless executionCandidate Profile:7-8 years of experience comprising analytics service delivery, consulting, solution design and client managementDigital Marketing Analytics professionalswith experience in at least a few of the following areas:InstrumentationFunnel trackingUTM parameter design and implementationScaling and channel optimizationExperience in marketing analytics in banking industry will be a huge plus (not mandatory)Previous experience in the Financial/FinTech/e-Commerce/Retail industry is a plusTechnical proficiency in tools like SQL, PythonDemonstrable leadership ability, superior problem solving and people management skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
