RF Repair Technician A 1st shift

Job TitleThis position is responsible for using soldering equipment to repair, modify, and change parts on electronic circuit boards and STB units. A solid understanding of RF transmission, amplification, and receiving electronic circuitry is required.ResponsibilitiesPerform thru-hole and surface-mount soldering.Conduct component-level soldering repairs, with a focus on RF (radio frequency) expertise.Test, troubleshoot, and repair printed circuit boards (PCBs) at the component level.Work on radio antennas and amplifier transmitters.Handle heavy electronic equipment of up to 50 lbs, though lifting is not required. Tasks include sliding radios on a conveyor belt.Share a workbench with 2nd shift technicians.Use computers for basic tasks, including data entry and navigating applications like MS Office.Communicate effectively in English, as training and team interactions will be conducted in English.Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing safety-toe shoes when working around heavy equipment.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years experience in thru-hole and surface-mount soldering.Proficiency in component-level soldering repair and RF acumen.Basic computer literacy and proficiency in data entry.Ability to communicate in English.Willingness to work with heavy electronic equipment.Shift DetailsThis position is for the 1st shift.LocationFort Worth, TX is a vibrant city known for its rich cultural heritage and booming economy, offering a great quality of life and numerous amenities.Benefits PEAK's benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Savings Account (DCA), and 401K plan.
