Someone straight out of law school with a Florida Bar willing to get the NY Bar within a year, Aggressive and Hungry.We are seeking a motivated Junior Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will assist senior lawyer with a variety of legal tasks, gaining valuable experience in a professional environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their legal career and deepen their understanding of law practice. The Junior Attorney will be responsible for supporting case preparation, conducting research, and contributing to client consultations, all within a collaborative and dynamic setting.DutiesAssist in the preparation of legal documents, including briefs, contracts, and pleadings.Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case law to support ongoing cases.Support senior attorney during client meetings and court proceedings.Draft correspondence and reports related to legal matters.Organize case files and maintain accurate records of case progress.Participate in negotiations with clients or opposing parties under supervision.Keep abreast of changes in legislation and legal best practices relevant to the firm's areas of practice.Contribute to team meetings by providing updates on research findings and case developments.ExperienceA recognized law degree or equivalent qualification recognised within the jurisdiction.Prior experience in a legal environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
