PacArctic, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Project Manager to support PAC and our government customer throughout North Dakota. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity. We offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K with company matching, flexible spending accounts, paid holidays, three weeks paid time off, and more.Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:Project Management:Minimum one (1) year of experience as an on-site Project Management for a Federal ContractDemonstrate experience and working knowledge typical of facilities support services that include Snow Removal, Equipment Maintenance, HVAC, Scheduling, Custodial, Grounds Maintenance, etc., etc.Manage trades across multiple buildings and portsDevelop client relationships and ensure successful execution of all contract requirementsSupport supervisors and chief engineers to coordinate site activities, including training events, facility usage, and snow removalCreate, monitor and support all contract deliverablesEnsure compliance of all contract plans, including but not limited to, Quality Control, Strike Contingency, Key Control, Snow Removal, Energy Conservation, etc.Support supply, equipment and/or service procurementsManage all project risks including budget and goalsProject Reporting:Manage on-time delivery of monthly, quarterly, and yearly reportsGather data from multiple sources and conduct analysis toward goals and trendsAnalyze outcomes and translate into narrative form for client reportsCreate Excel graphs to display numeric data from a tableProject Budget Management:Support estimate/proposal creation for Service Requests/Task OrdersEnsure the project stays on budget and schedule as approvedEscalate risks to managementProvide updates and reports to management and clientsVendor Management:Facilitate and lead regular meetings with subcontractors/vendorsTrack and manage subcontract deliverables and tasksEnsure outcomes are consistent with contract expectationsClient Management:Act as the single point of contact for government counterpartRespond timely to all client requests, emails, phone calls, meeting requests, etc.Facilitate recurring client meetings including agenda creation and report presentations as requiredProvide excellent customer serviceCoordinate with executive leadership to support all contract requirementsOther tasks as assigned by the executive management teamTo be successful in this role, the employee will need to be able to:Have experience as a Project Manager on Federal contractsManage and support facilities staff of approximately 30 or greaterDemonstrate understanding of Federal Administrative ProcessesWork on tight deadlinesRemain on-site during all times when work is performedRemain in on-call status and available when not on dutyBe competent in using applications such as Word / Excel / Power PointBe proficient in data analysis and reportingAbility to obtain Public TrustBe familiar with EO 13834 Sustainability RequirementsThe ideal candidate will be:Effective in management of peopleDetail -orientedOrganizedSelf-motivatedProficient in ReportingAdaptive to changing prioritiesRespectful and calm in pressure situationsA dedicated TEAM PLAYEROur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
