Financial Director

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Executive leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.• Drive operating margin improvements through identifying growth and cost opportunities.• Lead long-range planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecast processes.• Own variance analysis and performance tracking, clearly explaining business drivers.• Develop and maintain management reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.• Lead, coach, and develop a small finance team (1-2 direct reports).What You'll Need• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.• 7+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in CPG or manufacturing.• Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A in a growth-oriented environment.• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.• Experience presenting financial insights to senior leaders and influencing decision-making.• Demonstrated ability to improve and scale finance processes in a dynamic environment.What's On Offer• Opportunity to be a strategic business partner to executive leadership.• Play a key role in driving profitable growth in a fast-paced environment.• Lead and develop a growing finance team.• Hands-on involvement in core FP&A processes and strategic initiatives.Apply via Haystack today!
