This role replaces a departing paralegal whose cases are current and well-maintained; This position is ideal for a paralegal who thrives on autonomy, takes ownership of their work, and values professionalism, clear boundaries, and mutual respect.Draft original petitions, answers, counterpetitions, motions, discovery, and ordersDraft mediation summaries and trial prep materialsQualifications: Only applicants with relevant Family Law experience will be considered for this position.~3+ years of Texas family law experience (required)~ Strong drafting ability (samples may be requested)~ We are a small, well-established Texas family law firm.
