Photolithography Process Engineer

We are seeking a Photolithography Process Engineer to lead startup, development, and optimization of semiconductor fabrication processes, focusing on improving quality, yield, and efficiency.Responsibilities include collaborating with equipment and integration teams to resolve production issues, driving process improvements through statistical control, and completing projects to close gaps in yield, defects, and costs.Candidates should have at least 2 years of industry experience as a Process Owner in photolithography, a degree in engineering or equivalent military experience, and a strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication. Skills in data science, problem-solving, and effective communication are preferred.
