Occupational Therapist, OT

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Tuskegee. This role is perfect for a professional eager to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals by helping them achieve greater independence and functionality in their daily lives.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine their needs and the appropriate therapeutic interventions.Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific goals and capabilities.Utilize therapeutic techniques and modalities to improve patients' motor skills, daily living activities, and overall quality of life.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.Educate patients and their families on how to manage disabilities and enhance their quality of life.Maintain detailed records of patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.Qualifications:Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.Location: Tuskegee
