Description Christus Trinity Clinic Anesthesiology is seeking one full‑time General Anesthesiologist to join its well‑established department of over 18 years practicing in Tyler, TX. The ideal candidate will be a team player and enjoy working in a cohesive environment with experienced physicians and CRNAs. Whether you are coming out of training or an experienced physician looking for a change, this position offers the stability of being employed while delivering the autonomy to practice in beautiful East Texas. We are rapidly growing in all major service lines: inpatient and outpatient surgery, GI endoscopy, electrophysiology, OB, pulmonary, radiology, and surgical oncology. Call structure: three groups (General, Pedi, Cardiac). General call frequency is 1:16 in‑house. Shift 2:30 p m – 7:00 a m with a post‑call day off. We also have a BU (beeper) call and a weekend call that is 1:16. Group size is 25+ physicians and 65+ CRNAs. 15 % perform cases solo and 85 % perform medical direction. No medical supervision. Call, daily assignments, and production are fair; no cherry‑picking of cases. Partial FTE positions (0.5, 0.75, or 0.8) can be offered.
