We are hiring Crew Members! A Dunkin’ Crew Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin’ operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.Responsibilities IncludeFollow Brand standards, recipes, and systemsFollow food safety standardsPrepare food and beveragesAssemble and package ordersUnderstand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questionsMaintain a clean and organized workstationClean equipment, service areas, and guest areasStock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstationTake orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guestsServe and communicate with guestsMaintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurantCommunicate effectively with managers and coworkersOrganize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas Physical Demands/Working ConditionsStanding on feetRepetitive motion, including bending, stooping, and reachingLifting objects, including boxes, ice, and product up to 20lbs (if applicable)Working in a small space RequirementsWorks well with others in a fast-paced team environmentOn time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitudeWillingness to learn and adapt to changeGuest focusedIn 1950, Bill Rosenberg opened the first Dunkin' Donuts shop in Quincy, Massachusetts.
