Software Developer (Backend) Automation (IAM)

Interview : Video Visa : USC, GC, GC EAD, H4 This is onsite from day-1 ( need local candidates ) Description :focused on expanding and enhancing internal automation capabilities across Identity & Access Management (IAM) and NRD-related platforms. We are seeking Software Developers to build and maintain backend automation and internal tooling used by internal teams across the organization. This role focuses on backend development and automation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain backend services and automation tools supporting IAM and NRD platformsBuild integrations that extract, transform, and load data from tenant-based systems into internal toolsSupport automation related to roles, permissions, and provisioning workflowsContribute code within established CI/CD pipelines and development standardsWork with containerized environments and deployment platformsCollaborate with engineers and developers to deliver required automation and toolingCreate and maintain basic documentation to support ongoing development and operationsRequired Qualifications & SkillsStrong hands-on development experience in Python and/or JavaExperience developing backend services, automation scripts, or internal toolsWorking knowledge of container technologies such as Kubernetes or similar platformsUnderstanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) conceptsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins or equivalent tooling)Ability to operate effectively within large, complex enterprise environmentsPreferred Qualifications & SkillsExperience transitioning from infrastructure-focused roles into development or automationExposure to internal system integrations or platform servicesExperience working in regulated or highly controlled environments
