Human Resources ManagerTwo Locations | Full-Time | Reports to CFOWe're seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and elevate our HR function across two locations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong teams, supporting employees, and driving HR strategy.What You'll Do:Talent & CultureLead recruiting efforts for hourly and management rolesDrive onboarding and retention strategiesFoster a positive, engaging workplace cultureEmployee RelationsServe as a trusted resource for employee concernsManage performance, disciplinary actions, and terminationsSupport leadership with coaching and guidanceCompensation, Benefits & ComplianceOversee payroll, benefits administration, and open enrollmentEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local lawsManage leave programs, workers' comp, and reporting (5500s, etc.)Performance & StrategyLead performance management and employee recognition programsPartner with leadership on compensation planning and HR strategyMaintain and update policies, procedures, and employee handbookWhat You Bring:7 - 10 years of HR Generalist experienceExperience leading or mentoring a small teamStrong knowledge of employment law and HR best practicesExcellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skillsBachelor's degree preferredPHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification a plusAdditional Details:Full-time, Monday–Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)Occasional evenings/weekends as neededTravel between locations requiredIf you're a proactive HR leader who enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution, I'd love to connect.
