RN NEEDED!!! (Pediatric Home HealthCare)- MCDONOUGH, Georgia

About us MAC Healthcare Services LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality medical care to pediatric patients in the home setting. As a vital member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and the individualized care plan developed by the Agency. KEY Responsibilities: Provide patient care in a home health setting. Perform assessments of patients and report findings to the physician. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Provide patient education on disease prevention and health promotion. Assist with patient mobility and activities of daily living. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, condition, progress, and concerns. Provide emotional support to patients and their families. Administer breathing TX's and Manage Ventilator for pediatric patient if applicable Trach care and suctioning, Ventilator/oxygen management Be Familiar with GJ tube use and management, give medications daily Appropriate documentation of Care daily Training New Staff and conducting supervisory visit for CNA/PCA/LPN Qualifications Valid RN License in Georgia Proficient in patient monitoring and assessment Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with medication administration and basic life support Familiarity with EMR and EHR systems Knowledge of HIPAA regulations Experience in home healthcare, long-term care, or critical care settings Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams and manage patient care effectively At MAC Healthcare Services LLC, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care to our patients.
