Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Developer to support our Director of Operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth internal processes while maintaining our commitment to excellence in sustainable packaging. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Director of Operations with data preparation for client presentations and reports. Organize and maintain internal data systems for efficient access and retrieval. Manage sample inventory and coordinate distribution to clients and internal teams. Review artwork to ensure alignment with brand standards and sustainability goals. Maintain project calendars and schedules to keep all stakeholders informed. Log meeting minutes and track action items to ensure follow-through. Help maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and communicated. Qualifications: Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Self-starter with a highly motivated and ambitious attitude. Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic industry. Problem-solver mentality, capable of thinking critically and creatively. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to stay calm and focused under pressure. Bilingual in Cantonese is a significant plus.
