This role sits at the intersection of consulting, functional analysis, solution design, and agile delivery.You'll work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical squads to translate business goals into clear requirements, workflows, user stories, and solution designs — while ensuring configurations and deliverables meet the highest quality standards.You'll engage directly with senior business owners and operational teams, while working hand in hand with InsideBoard's product, data, engineering, and advisory squads.It's a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives on bringing clarity to complexity in fast-moving enterprise programs.🧭 Your Key MissionsBusiness & Functional AnalysisLead discovery sessions with business owners, SMEs, and end-users to gather requirementsAnalyze business processes, pain points, and operational workflows to identify improvementsTranslate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteriaMap current-state and future-state processes and create supporting documentationEnsure traceability between business requirements, functional specifications, and delivery tasksSolution Design & Delivery SupportWork with product managers, architects, and developers to shape feasible, scalable solutionsClarify requirements during design and build; remove ambiguity and ensure alignmentParticipate in sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and refinement ceremoniesReview functional deliverables, test scenarios, and validate that solutions meet requirementsSupport UAT planning, test execution, defect validation, and readiness sign-offStakeholder AlignmentServe as a bridge between business teams and technical teams, ensuring smooth communicationBuild strong relationships with leaders, champions, and operational teamsFacilitate workshops, demos, and review sessions with cross-functional stakeholdersPrepare clear documentation, diagrams, and presentations tailored for executive or operational audiencesData, KPIs & InsightsAnalyze data to validate assumptions, identify gaps, and refine business requirementsDefine KPIs and success metrics that align with business goalsSupport reporting and dashboards by specifying data needs and validation rulesFunctional Configuration & QualityExecute functional configurations within the platform based on validated specificationsConfigure workflows, business rules, KPI logic, and user-facing experiences aligned with solution designLead internal QA/UAT cycles, cross-validating delivery outputs against functional specificationsPerform peer-review QA on user stories delivered by other Business AnalystsEnsure production-readiness of delivery packages before go-live✅ What You BringRequired5-8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in consulting, SaaS, digital transformation, or enterprise programsStrong experience in gathering and documenting business requirementsDemonstrated ability to analyze complex processes and translate them into clear specificationsExperience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environmentsComfortable facilitating workshops and presenting to diverse stakeholdersExcellent clarity in writing requirements, diagrams, and functional documentationStrong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven recommendationsPreferredExperience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow, or similar)Experience in large transformation programs with multiple business unitsFamiliarity with KPIs, reporting, dashboards, or data workflowsExposure to change management, enablement, or user adoption initiativesHands-on experience with functional configuration of SaaS platformsExperience owning QA/UAT processes in enterprise delivery environmentsBilingual (French/English) is a bonus💰 Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: Commensurate with experienceVacation: Unlimited paid time offSick Days: 10 per yearHealth Benefits: A dedicated allowance to choose the best option for your health📍 Where You'll WorkVO2 Group - US Headquarters 27 W 20th St, 8th Floor, New York, NY 10011 Hybrid: In-office 2-3 days per week, flexible around team collaboration✨ Why Join VO2 and InsideBoard?You'll be part of a global movement reimagining how organizations drive change through data, design, and technology.
