ResponsibilitiesThe Director of Sales Operations is responsible for aligning and optimizing sales, marketing, and customer success processes, technology, and data to drive company revenue growth: Lead and develop the Inside Sales team to increase productivity and performance Manage forecasting, pipeline health, territory planning, and quota design Oversee CRM administration and reporting, ensuring data integrity and usability Equip sales with the tools, content, and training needed to accelerate deal cycles, improve win rates, and drive customer engagement Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution and performance tracking Deliver actionable insights into buyer behavior, sales activity, and market trends Eliminate data silos and promote a culture of informed, data-driven decision-making ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related leadership roles Strong command of CRM systems, analytics tools, and reporting platforms If you are interested in learning more, please apply to this posting.
