Clinical Director ABA
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) to lead our clinical team in delivering exceptional behavioral health services. In this vital role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral challenges. Responsibilities
Provide clinical oversight for ABA therapy programs, ensuring treatment plans are personalized, effective, and aligned with best practices.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of behavior analysts, therapists, and support staff to maintain high-quality service delivery.
Ensure all clinical operations comply with relevant regulations, including JCAHO (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations) standards for healthcare quality and safety.
Manage medical aspects of client care, including coordination with healthcare providers and overseeing medication management when applicable.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote best practices in behavioral health management.
Monitor program outcomes through data analysis and client progress reviews to continuously improve service quality.
Foster a positive team culture focused on professional growth, ethical practice, and client-centered care.
Requirements
Proven experience in medical management within behavioral health or related healthcare settings.
Strong background in healthcare management with a focus on behavioral or mental health services.
Demonstrated leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams in a clinical environment.
Knowledge of JCAHO accreditation standards and experience maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent is preferred.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, staff, and healthcare partners.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
