XPO TeamsAs an XPO Team, you'll run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in new sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators.Say goodbye to frustrating delays, as you'll have access to our extensive network of 160+ fueling stations along the way. Additionally, our in-house, no-touch freight system means you'll never have to wait at a customer site.A typical work week will consist of 4-5 days on the road, followed by 2 days of well-deserved time at home. Schedules may occasionally vary based on network conditions.Earn $0.974 per mileXPO's over-the-road operation is designed exclusively for team drivers with a CDL-A. Both members of the team must apply to this positionAble to partner with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runsBe at least 21 years of ageHave a valid Class A commercial driver's licenseHave a working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systemsSafe driving record and historyHold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physicalAvailable to work away from home in a five-day work weekPossess hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsementsWe're currently seeking existing teams only, so you must have a co-driver for this position.
