As a point of contact, it is important that the Administrator has a clear understanding of what details of the job and responsibilities this role holds.Job ResponsibilitiesWelcome visitors to facilityComplete clerical and administrative tasks for the dispatch departmentWork closely with carriers in determining if orders will be received and deliveredCalling, setting up appointments for driversAssist with accounting / AP functionsSupport Sales in developing relationships with dealers/contractors to become point of contactEnter details of orders into system and forward on to the dispatch desk to confirm delivery datesUpdate customer records on any changesAssist dispatch team as neededTake calls or emails from customers and alert sales team on any issuesProvide certification documentation documents to dealersKeep sales team informed on delivery dates and ordersJob RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent/bachelor’s degree a plusProven experience as an Office Administrator, office assistant or relevant roleOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesExperience working in accounting or APOutgoing personality is important in establishing and maintaining strong customer relationshipsExcellent organizational skills and eye for detailExcellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Ability to learn new systems quicklyExperience in Masonry block also a plus but will trainMust be dependableWhat CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
