We are seeking a highly technical and customer-facing Embedded Security Systems Project Manager / Program Manager to support a large enterprise customer onsite in San Jose.This individual will act as the primary liaison between the customer, subcontractors, and internal teams while overseeing electronic security deployments, service operations, and ongoing project coordination. The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise security integrations and understands both the technical and operational sides of physical security systems.This role will initially focus heavily on installation and deployment activities before transitioning into ongoing service and support coordination.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesManage enterprise electronic security projects onsite for a dedicated customerCoordinate and oversee subcontractors responsible for low-voltage cabling and device installationConduct site walks and assist with camera/device placement recommendationsEnsure installations align with customer expectations, project scope, and best practicesServe as the primary customer-facing point of contact onsiteCoordinate project schedules, site readiness, and installation timelinesSupport commissioning, troubleshooting, and system turnover activitiesWork cross-functionally with internal technical teams, field engineers, and customer stakeholdersAssist in transitioning projects from deployment into long-term service and supportIdentify and resolve field issues proactively to maintain project momentum and customer satisfactionQualificationsRequired Experience5+ years of experience in electronic security integration, low-voltage systems, or physical security project managementStrong understanding of:IP camera systemsAccess control systemsRelays, inputs/outputs, and low-voltage infrastructureEnterprise security deploymentsExperience managing subcontractors and field installation teamsAbility to read plans, coordinate field activity, and manage multiple moving parts simultaneouslyComfortable working onsite in a fast-paced enterprise environmentExperience with the following platforms is highly preferred:Axis CommunicationsMilestone Systems2NLenelS2Additional experience with:Service operationsSecurity system troubleshootingIdeal BackgroundThis role is ideal for:A former field engineer or lead technician who moved into project managementA technical security PM who still enjoys being hands-on in the fieldSomeone who can bridge the gap between technical teams, subcontractors, and enterprise customerAdditional InformationBenefits packageLong-term growth opportunity with a stable enterprise customer environmentHigh-visibility role with strong ownership and autonomyJob LocationJ-18808-Ljbffr
