Based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, we create products that inspire imagination, encourage self-expression, and provide a creative outlet for consumers of all ages.We are looking for a talented, highly organized, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house Creative Design team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing thoughtful, trend-right products and packaging and working closely with Product Development and Sales to bring ideas to life.This is an opportunity to contribute to a growing creative business with products that are both fun and meaningful.Position SummaryThe Graphic Designer works as part of the in-house design team and collaborates closely with the Sales and Product Development departments to design successful, high-quality craft, art, and kids’ products and packaging that meet consumer needs and company goals.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Design Team, Product Development, and Sales to conceptualize and design new craft, art, and kids’ productsDesign packaging that is visually compelling, functional, and aligned with current trends in color, typography, and imageryPrepare product and packaging files for factory productionPartner with Product Development to help source quality contents and materials for use in productsCreate digital facades of new product concepts for marketing and presentation purposesAssist in producing physical mockups and product samplesUse market research and trend awareness to inform product and packaging designSupport the creation of sales decks and presentation materials in Google WorkspaceManage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detailQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experienceProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesignStrong skills in layout, typography, color, and visual compositionAbility to work collaboratively across departments and communicate clearlyStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and accuracy in preparing production-ready filesExperience using AI tools in design workflows is a plusWork EnvironmentThis is a full-time, exempt position based in Portsmouth, NH. The role operates in a hybrid work environment, combining remote work and in-office collaboration based on business needs.
