Request ID: 72095-1 Title: WFM Integration Consultant Locations: Edison, NJ (Hybrid) Duration: 12 Months (can extend) Salary Range: $78 - $83/Hour on W2 (All inclusive) Introduction:We are seeking a skilled UKG Pro WFM Integration Consultant with expertise in Dell Boomi Integration, focusing on UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions). This role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence three times a week. The initial contract is for 12 months with the possibility of extension.Required Skills & Qualifications2 – 10 years of hands-on experience with Dell Boomi Integration, specifically with UKG Pro Workforce Management.Experience in building integrations in Dell Boomi like Employee Import, Payroll Export, Schedule Import, Accrual Reset, Leave Import, etc.Certification and experience in Dell Boomi integration platform.Experience in setting up Postman Setup, Encryption & Decryption of source files.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Kronos and integration components.Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & QualificationsExperience in SQL Programming Knowledge.Experience in Agile Methodology.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesPerform hands-on technical design, IRD/IDD Preparation, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks as required in support of current and new Kronos/UKG Implementation projects.Ensure solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements, identify/document technical gaps, and perform tasks as identified by Project Manager for Kronos/UKG Support & Development project.Conduct code reviews with Technical Leads to ensure developed code meets customers' business requirements.Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams, manage personal task assignments, and take ownership of assigned deliverables. Track assigned tasks/deliverables, risks & issues, and report to Management as needed.Monitor and drive issues to resolution.Participate in validation/testing and release activities as needed.Document design and code consistently throughout the design/development process.Prepare and deliver demonstrations/presentations to client audiences, professional seniors/peers.Adhere to best practices around code/data source control, ticket tracking, etc., during an assignment.Adhere to instructions/expectations around administrative activities such as time entry, HR tools, etc.Company Benefits & CultureCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Supportive and collaborative work environment.
