Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and broken fixtures.
Perform drain cleaning services using industry-leading equipment and techniques.
Install and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, faucets, and water heaters.
Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Document service performed and communicate findings to customers effectively.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals.
Requirements:
Valid plumbing license or certification preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing and drain services.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with plumbing codes and regulations.
Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
