SCS Interiors is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal production teams. This role is responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurate, materials are coordinated, timelines are communicated, and projects move smoothly from purchase order to production.If you enjoy working with customers, managing details, and keeping operations organized in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Order ManagementServe as the main point of contact for assigned customersReview contracts and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and feasibilityAssess customer needs and confirm SCS has capacity and capability to meet expectationsCommunicate order volume and deadlines to the Director of ProductionProactively resolve customer concerns and manage rework/returns when necessaryProvide timely updates on order status and delaysJob Setup & Production CoordinationCreate detailed job travelers for all purchase ordersSelect appropriate materials and routing steps for each jobCoordinate with Purchasing & Inventory Control to confirm material availabilityRelease work orders to production once materials are confirmed Internal Tracking & DocumentationMaintain accurate internal logs and tracking systems for all ordersDocument delays, including those related to customer responseAssist with billing and shipping documentation as neededUpdate department procedures as processes evolveEducation & ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of office experience, including customer communication via phone and emailProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PDFs, Google Docs, and internet researchKnowledge of general aviation aircraft preferred Skills & AbilitiesStrong attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departmentsAbility to read, write, and understand English instructionsRegular on-site attendance requiredAbility to sit or stand for extended periodsCompensation details: 25-30 Hourly WagePI3e21cf87dc26-37483-39863963
