This includes strengthening the organization's capacity, driving growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, culturally competent healthcare to underserved populations. The CEO will be a collaborative and transparent communicator, building trusted relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, and will lead with a focus on innovation, accountability, and operational alignment. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a Master's degree in Public Health or Business Administration, or a minimum of 4 years' related experience in a non-profit setting, with a preference for those with FQHC experience. The role requires the ability to lead and manage a large, complex primary care ambulatory clinic, with a significant operating budget and staff across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic leadership within complex healthcare settings, balancing financial stewardship with operational excellence, and ensuring sustainable growth and high-quality, integrated care. Executive-level experience in operations, finance, personnel management, and healthcare, as well as a deep understanding of the FQHC regulatory environment, is essential.
