and youth mental health servicesAbout the RoleThe Company is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer to lead its mission of providing culturally responsive services that foster mental and physical resiliency and wellness. The successful candidate will be responsible for the organization's long-term vision, strategies, and goals, overseeing all programmatic, operational, financial, and fundraising activities. This role requires a leader with a background in social services, healthcare, children's services, or public policy administration, and a proven track record in executive leadership, including managing a large staff and a significant budget. The CEO will be expected to maintain strong relationships with the Board of Directors, major donors, foundations, and government agencies, and to be a compelling spokesperson for the organization's vision and programs.Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have at least 10 years of leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in an executive role, and a Master's degree. The role demands an outstanding communicator, a big-picture thinker, and a strategic planner with the ability to manage change and drive fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to the principles of cultural humility, be a problem solver, and have a high degree of emotional intelligence and empathy. Experience in a nonprofit setting and prior Executive Director or CEO experience are highly preferred. The CEO will also be responsible for executing a strategic plan, diversifying and strengthening the organization's fiscal stability, and ensuring that the services provided are professional, innovative, and individualized to meet the unique needs of each participant.Travel Percent
