What You'll Do
Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
Handle service tickets, customer paperwork, and dealer transactions
Perform general office duties (filing, data entry, organization)
Support daily dealership operations as needed
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills (phone and in-person)
Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Flexible schedule (including evenings and Saturdays)
High School Diploma or GED required
