Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Little Richard's BBQ, located in Winston-Salem, NC, and the surrounding area. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction and smooth service. Responsibilities include managing staff, hiring and training team members, maintaining high food and beverage quality, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and fostering a positive working environment. The Restaurant Manager is tasked with driving operational excellence while creating a welcoming atmosphere for both employees and guests. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to creating positive guest experiencesExperience in Hiring and managing diverse teams, including training and performance managementExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team and guest interactionsKnowledge and experience in Food & Beverage preparation, presentation, and safety standardsStrong organizational and leadership abilitiesAvailability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysExperience in restaurant management is preferred but not required
