What You'll Do as a Blending Technician: Ensure the new production line initiatives meet organizational objectives including changes to technology and systems, changes to business processes, and changes in organizational structureStrive to achieve quick adoption of change and ensure efficient understanding and training to achieve organizational proficiency to handle new initiatives and projectsAttend training on new processes and equipmentSanitize tanks, lines, heat exchangers, and other equipmentBatch soft drinks, energy drinks, and alcoholic drinksUnderstand, select, input and record correct data onto/into our digital HMI system and physical recipe documentationOffload tanker trailers of ingredients required for production of high-quality beveragesOperate equipment in a safe and secure mannerMaintain tool quality and inform Supervisor/Lead if new ones are required for jobEnsure that every detail and specification of each product is metWhat You Need to Bring to the Blending Technician Role: 1+ years of experience in a Production environment is preferred, but not requiredAbility to regularly bend, stoop, and lifting up to 60 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationExperience in a production and warehouse environment, including knowledge of forklifts, equipment, and damp floorsWillingness to work around noise, dust, variable temperatures, and use of production chemicalsWillingness to work and direct in confined spaces and work with high pressure steamAbility to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors, customers, and visitors #CSBHiringEventWhy Join?
