The Job We’re looking for a highly organized, strategic, and scrappy Supply Chain Manager to own and optimize our end-to-end supply chain. This role will be responsible for planning, sourcing, production coordination, inventory management, and logistics—ensuring our products are delivered on time, in full, and at the highest quality.As we grow, this role will grow with the business. If you're an operator who thinks beyond execution and wants to help shape how a mission-driven food brand runs at scale, we'd love to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Planning & InventoryOwn demand forecasting and supply planning across all SKUs and channelsMaintain optimal inventory levels at our production facility, plus 3PL (HPP toller) and distributor partnersMonitor stock levels and proactively mitigate risks (OOS, overstock, waste)Procurement & SourcingManage relationships with key raw material, ingredient and packaging suppliersWork with COO to negotiate pricing, contracts, and lead timesIdentify new suppliers and build redundancy into the supply chainSupply all purchase orders for procuring the goodsProduction ManagementCoordinate production schedules with internal operations team, plus 3PL (HPP toller)Ensure accurate and timely purchase orders and production runsTroubleshoot production issues and ensure quality standards are metLogistics & DistributionWork with contracted logistics team to oversee inbound/outbound freight & warehousingManage relationships with 3PL partners and freight providersOptimize shipping costs, routes and service levelsSystems & Process OptimizationBuild and improve supply chain processes, tools and reporting systemsHelp implement and manage ERP/inventory management systems and other integrated data platforms (Catana, SPS, Asana etc)Track and report on KPIs (fill rate, OTIF, COGS etc)Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales, Finance and Marketing on forecasting, promotions and launchesPartner with the QA team to maintain robust quality and food safety systems aligned with regulatory and customer requirements.Support new product innovation with sourcing and operational executionAlign supply chain strategy with overall business goalsWho You Are 4–8+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics within CPG (food/beverage strongly preferred)Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, and production coordinationExperience working with co-manufacturers and 3PLsTech-savvy and proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) and Asana; ERP or inventory management system experience a plusExcellent project management and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a builder's mentality — you're excited to create systems, not just maintain themDemonstrated ability to think strategically about operations, not just tactically — comfortable moving between the weeds and the 30,000 foot viewGenuine passion for food, sustainability, or mission-driven business, with an understanding of the better-for-you or regenerative food spaceExperience working with purpose-driven or ethical sourcing partners, including suppliers or manufacturers who prioritize transparency, sustainability, or fair trade practicesFamiliarity with perishable products and shelf-life managementFamiliarity with certifications or compliance standards relevant to natural/organic food (USDA Organic, SQF, Kosher etc.)
