*Operate or train to operaOverview* *Duties* * Kitting parts from burntable and saw * Loading pallets and stage for weld, machine, or warehouse * Clean and debur parts from burntable and saw * Flame cut chamfers on plate steel * Operate or train to operate burntable, saws, plate roll, and break-press to process bar/tube/plate/stock materials * Assist unloading of steel plate as delivered * Be able to do limited maintenance in the area ( for example-change saw blades, replace burntable plate supports) * Read shop orders and process accordingly * Open and close out appropriate shop orders in the MRP system * Read and interpret drawings * Use hand tools including measuring tools ( example-tape measure) * Perform other duties not listed as assigned by Area Supervisor * * *Requirements* * Experience in manufacturing environment preferred. * Knowledge of the safe use of hand tools and the required PPE. * Experience using overhead bridge cranes and jibs hoists with training in proper lifting and rigging techniques. * Ability to operate a forklift. * Ability to read and understand production prints. * Ability to operate a computer. * Ability to work safely and efficiently in a production environment. * Ability of lift 50 lbs. unassisted. * Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $32.53 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
