Vivrelle is seeking a dynamic retail associate with experience in sales and customer service, specifically in the luxury space, to join our Hampton's Team this summer.The right person is skilled in effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, fostering positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike. It's important to Vivrelle that we find teammates who are passionate about contributing to a vibrant and warm retail environment with a passion for luxury retail and influencer events.We are specifically looking for talent who can work August and September, with the opportunity to transition to an NYC HQ role once the store is closed. Responsibilities:Enhance customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and product recommendationsOversee staff and work cross-functionally with Hampton's team members and HQAssist in inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishmentMaintain a clean and organized sales floor, optimizing product displays to attract customer interestComfort in hosting VIP and influencer facing events onsiteRequirements:2+ years of experience within a retail environmentExperience in a luxury retail environment is a plusStrong customer service skillsKnowledge of maintaining a store, opening and locking up, assisting in overall store operationsAbility to commute to the storeMust be able to speak about the brand and understand Vivrelle’s business modelVivrelle is an equal opportunity employer.
