Gutter Installer

*Job Summary* Join our dynamic construction team as a Gutter Installer, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing building exteriors with precision and craftsmanship. This energetic position involves installing, repairing, and maintaining gutters on residential and commercial properties, ensuring proper water drainage and protecting structures from water damage. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and have a passion for construction and exterior finishing, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career! *Duties* * Measure and interpret construction plans and technical drawings to determine gutter placement and materials needed * Install various types of gutters, including metal roofing and single-ply membrane roofing systems, ensuring secure attachment and proper slope for drainage * Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and safety harnesses to perform installations safely at heights * Repair or replace damaged gutters, siding, stucco, or trim carpentry components on existing structures * Follow all construction safety regulations, including proper use of safety harnesses, ladder safety protocols, and site safety procedures * Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment to facilitate efficient installation processes * Read blueprints and interpret technical drawings to ensure precise installation according to specifications *Requirements* * Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing repair, siding installation, or exterior finishing projects * Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings * Familiarity with roofing systems such as metal roofing and single-ply membrane roofing * Experience working with hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and safety harnesses in outdoor environments * Understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocol standards * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installation or repair tasks * Prior handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus * Strong outdoor work experience with the ability to adapt to varying weather conditions * Skills in tile laying, concrete forming, metal stud framing or stucco work are advantageous Join us in creating durable, high-quality exterior solutions that stand the test of time!
