We believe that our dedicated team is our greatest asset, driving us to create compassionate, respectful, and meaningful interactions every day.We're Looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A): As the C.N.A you will be responsible for delivering person centered care based on the needs and interests of residents.This position is responsible for delivering person centered care based on the needs and interests of residents and members while preserving their dignity and quality of life.Essential functions include assisting residents with activities of daily living, dining, housekeeping services, life enrichment activities, escorting residents to programming, taking vital signs, and attending in-service training.Competencies required include technical skills, communication, initiative, flexibility, interpersonal skills, teamwork, professionalism, and ethics.Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs., pushing up to 250 pounds independently, and long hours with frequent night and weekend work.Education and experience requirements include state certification as a nursing assistant, certification in CPR, AED, and first aid, and two years' experience in a similar healthcare position preferred.Qualifications include the ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently, meet attendance and punctuality standards, use electronic records and office equipment, follow directions, and work with minimal supervision.
